Lawton Super Con

My last event, I got to go to the Lawton Super Con again. This has been one of my favorite shows to do. The first year it was held, I did phenomenally. Granted, since then my sales have declined, but I still manage to make enough to make the weekend worth it, so I keep going. I also have a couple hotels in that area that I like, so that helps, too.
This last weekend, I was a little worried when I first walked in to locate my booth. The number of vendors at this event was really low. Having so few vendors can either be a bad thing, in that nobody will be attending this event, or a great thing, in that I will end up with more sales since there are fewer places for people to buy from. My sales seem to indicate it was neither good nor bad, so both of those options were probably true.
I was starting to worry after a few hours. I had had some sales, but not really enough to break even, so I was starting to think the weekend would be a bust. But then, as things go, I managed to get 2 big sales that helped enough that I didn't have to worry any more. I was able to break even for the weekend that first day, so I didn't have that looming over my head overnight.
Overall, the con was good. I didn't lose any money, so there's a bonus. I didn't really have much profit, but I mainly do this for my enjoyment, so it all worked out. I would like to work up to making more (and there are plans in the works), so eventually this may be my main job.
Here is how things turned out:

So, The last few cons I have done, I have been missing a big bag of my stretchy bracelets. My displays have been so sparse that I was really starting to worry about it. But! Luckily, I just found the bag yesterday, so coming up with my next event, I will be able to refill my displays and breathe a big sigh of relief. I knew I had that bag somewhere, but for the life of me, I couldn't find it. Turns out, I had put that bag inside another bag, so I was just skimming over it the whole time. I'm just happy I didn't actually lose about 100 bracelets.
My next event is coming up in a couple weeks. It is only a one-day event, though, but I am looking forward to it.
